2021-22 PROMOTION RULES

Movie Pass Promo

Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive a $500 gift card to the theater chain of your choice. The BAC must be at least 2.5%.  Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.

Or

Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)

 

Under either scenario the incentive will be due to the client only upon successfully closing the transaction.

 

Should a client sell a home and purchase a home simultaneously the total value of the promotion incentive is not to exceed $750.00.

Ski Pass Promo

Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive four regularly priced non-peak single day lift passes to the Utah ski resort of your choice.  The BAC must be at least 2.5%.  Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.

Or

Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)

 

Under either scenario the incentive will be due to the client only upon successfully closing the transaction.

Available to new clients only. Only one promotion may be applied per transaction

Golf Pass Promo

Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive golf passes to the courses of your choice equal to a value of $500.  The BAC must be at least 2.5%.  Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.

Or

Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)

Lagoon Season Pass Promo

Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive four season passports to Lagoon.  The BAC must be at least 2.5%.  Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.

Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)
