2021-22 PROMOTION RULES
Movie Pass Promo
Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive a $500 gift card to the theater chain of your choice. The BAC must be at least 2.5%. Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.
Or
Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)
Under either scenario the incentive will be due to the client only upon successfully closing the transaction.
Should a client sell a home and purchase a home simultaneously the total value of the promotion incentive is not to exceed $750.00.
Ski Pass Promo
Buy a home with the Utah Homes HQ team during 2021-22 and you will receive four regularly priced non-peak single day lift passes to the Utah ski resort of your choice. The BAC must be at least 2.5%. Home purchase must be in Davis or Weber county.
Or
Sell a home during the same time frame with a LAC of at least 2.5% (BAC not included)
