Gary Stevens

I have been in the mortgage business for 16 years. I specialize in mortgages for the first-time homebuyer, seasoned homeowners and residential investors. I offer exceptional knowledge of the vast number of loan programs available. I continue to be educated in new and upcoming programs. I strive for a personal relationship with every client and I want to make the loan process an easy and comfortable one. Customer service is a big part of who I am. I am dedicated to putting in the extra effort to get the job done right.

I have lived in Utah since I was a small child, and love being part of the community. I am married and have three great kids. I enjoy spending time with my family and ski as much as possible.

Jake McEntireI have been a Realtor for over 6 years and have a part of helping hundreds of people buy and sell a home. First time Utah home buyers are a specialty because that is what I was when I decided I wanted to become a Realtor. I also commonly help people transferring to Utah from out of State as well as those that need to upgrade to a larger home. Often I hear people’s concerns about a recent experience they had with a real estate agent. It generally has to do with a lack of communication. Our clients do not have to wonder what is going on. We didn’t want to make this Utah real estate website like every other one out there that attempts to educate you how we do our jobs. We want you to know that we are professionals that can take care of your needs and that you can trust us to do our jobs on your behalf. I live in Downtown Salt lake with my wife Britney of 8 years and my 4 year old son Joey. We enjoy time with our family and friends. We love to go out and see live music and attend other community activities. We often are in the outdoors either fishing, or driving on a mountain trail and try to travel as much as possible. I plan to buy a really cool muscle car this year, a goal I ‘ve had for some time.

Thank you so much for visiting our site. I’ve been in the real estate industry for six years and I love what I do! I became interested in real estate when my wife and I decided to build our first home, (back when you could build a home for $120,000). We trusted the builder and lender would move things along smoothly. A few weeks after we moved into our new home we started getting phone calls and letters from contractors our builder had neglected to pay. They all said they had filed liens on our property and it was now our obligation to pay them. Disbelief turned to frustration when I discovered they were right! Our builder had used the money from our loan to pay off other debts and left us with thousands of dollars to pay. After legal battles, thousands of dollars lost, and years of frustration, I decided I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

As I look back on it now, I’m grateful for that experience because it led me into real estate. It also helped me understand the importance of becoming an expert in the many nuances of real estate. It is so much more than sales, and I love being a consultant for my clients. I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you and answer all your questions about buying or selling a home. My wife Karen and I live in Davis County with our three children. We love to travel together and think having a vacation to look forward to is good therapy. Our family lives all over the country and we hope to visit them all over the next few years. Karen and I both graduated from the University of Utah and enjoy following the Utes. Don’t worry, I work with Cougar fans on a regular basis.
